Is there a minimum age for riders?
Yes. Drivers must be at least 18 years old for guided tours and at least 25 years old for self-guided rentals. Children can ride as passengers starting around ages 5 to 6 with a booster seat.
What if the weather is bad?
If severe weather conditions prevent us from running the tour safely, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule. We’ll notify you in advance if we need to make changes to the tour schedule.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with 48 hours or more notice
Customers will receive a full refund or credit for cancellation within 24 hours of booking or at least 48 hours notice before reservation date. Contact us by phone to inquire about a cancellation.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled tour. However, we may allow rescheduling based on availability. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you do not show up for your tour without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given.
