Don’t Guess Your Way Through the Trails

If you’re renting and heading out on your own, having the right map and instructions makes a big difference.  Self-guided rentals will be given a map with routes to follow.  Also, our rentals feature tracking devices in case of breakdown or other emergencies.


The Ozark motor-vehicle map can be downloaded into the Avenza Maps app, allowing you to track your location in real time anywhere on the trail system.

UTV Rentals FAQ

  • Do you offer UTV rentals?

    Yes. We offer Kawasaki UTV rentals in both 2-seater and 4-seater options, available for half-day (4 hours) or full-day (7 hours) use.

  • Can I rent a UTV without a guide?

    Yes. Self-guided rentals are available. We provide maps and routes, but many guests choose guided tours for a more complete experience and there is no extra charge! Rentals feature tracking devices in case of emergency.

  • What’s included with a rental?

    Fuel and basic liablility insurance is included, and you’ll get orientation and trail guidance before heading out. Optional extended damage coverage is available to add on.

  • Can I upgrade a rental to a guided tour?

    Yes. You can add a guide to your rental for FREE and turn your ride into a structured tour!

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of booking (and at least 48 hours before rental time)

    You'll receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before your rental

    The booking is non-refundable, but we may allow rescheduling based on availability.

  • No-Show Policy

    If you do not show up for your rental and have not contacted us, the reservation will be non-refundable.

  • Weather-Related Cancellations

    If conditions prevent riding, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Outfitter Cancellations

    If we need to cancel due to unforseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit.
