Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of booking (and at least 7 days before arrival)
You’ll receive a full refund.
Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival
The full reservation amount will be charged unless the site is rebooked.
Holiday & Event Reservations
These bookings are non-refundable unless canceled at least 15 days in advance AND the site is successfully rebooked.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive and have not contacted us, the reservation will be non-refundable.
Special Circumstances
In certain cases, we may offer a credit toward a future stay at our discretion.

Amazing Shower Pressure After a Dusty Day of Riding The shower house/restrooms are very clean and the shower pressure is amazing when you need to get all that dust off from riding! The location is also great — this was our second stay and would recommend it 100%.
Book Early — This Place Fills Up Fast for Good Reason Amazing place to stay. Clean and very well kept bathhouse with hot water, AC, heat, and even laundry. Better book way ahead because they book up quick on holidays and weekends. Will 100% be coming back again.
