  • What is included with the rental?

    Your rental includes the UTV, fuel, and a quick orientation before you head out.

  • How long can I rent the UTV?

    You can choose between a half-day (4 hours) or a full-day (7 hours) rental.

  • Do I need experience to rent a UTV?

    No prior experience is required. We’ll go over the basics so you feel comfortable before heading out.

  • Can I ride directly from the property?

    Yes, you can ride straight from Mill Creek Outfitters into the trail system. No trailering needed.

  • Can we switch drivers during the rental?

    Yes, as long as all drivers meet the requirements and are approved before the ride.  Self-Guided renters must be age 30 or older to drive and have a valid drivers license.  Must be age 18 and up with drivers license to drive on Guided Tours.

  • What should I wear?

    Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable outdoor clothing. Sunglasses or goggles are recommended.

  • Can I add a guide to my rental?

    Yes, you can upgrade to a guided ride for $50 more to help you navigate and see the best spots.

  • Is this a good option for beginners?

    Yes, the KRX 1000 is stable and easy to handle, making it a solid choice for first-time riders.

  • What happens if the weather is bad?

    If conditions aren’t suitable for riding, we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide a refund.

  • How do I book a rental?

    You can book online by clicking the "Check Availability" button to the right or call 479-241-2245.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of booking (and at least 48 hours before rental time)

    You’ll receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before your rental

    The booking is non-refundable, but we may allow rescheduling based on availability.

  • No-Show Policy

    If you do not show up for your rental and have not contacted us, the reservation will be non-refundable.

  • Weather-Related Cancellations

    If conditions prevent riding, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Outfitter Cancellations

    If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit.
